Records stay on UK servers. Only the people working on your practice can see them. Every change is logged and attributable. Data handling follows UK GDPR throughout.
Patient information travels over what Halo Desk describes as “the VPN the NHS uses” — the founder’s own account of the carrier, which we will evidence before launch rather than state as fact today.
The certifications a practice looks for — DSPT and Cyber Essentials among them — describe where the build is heading, not what it holds today. We will claim them when they are held, and not before.
