How the records are protected
Patient data is held in the UK and nowhere else. Access is limited to the people doing your work, and each change leaves a logged record under UK GDPR.
Patient information travels over what Halo Desk describes as “the VPN the NHS uses” — the founder’s account of how it is carried, which we intend to evidence before launch rather than assert now.
The certifications a practice expects — DSPT and Cyber Essentials among them — are where the build is headed, not what it holds today. We will name them as held only once they are.
